Who Should Take an Online Course?
We have courses for all license types. Cosmetologists, Cosmetology Instructors, Manicurists, and Estheticians. If you are required to have continuing education CEU hours this is for you!
How Do I Access My Course?
Accessing your course is simple. Once you purchase and create an account, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to get logged into your account. Once you are in your account you will see your course. Click on your course and start the lessons for that course. It’s actually easier than it sounds!
How long does it take to receive my Certificate of Completion?
You will receive your Certificate of Completion immediately upon completion of your course. You will also receive an email with a link to the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts official form. Complete the form and you will be emailed a copy.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Absolutely. Not only can you take multiple courses you do not have to complete the entire course all at the same time. You can log in and back out when you need to and pick up where you left off.

How Does Online Learning Work?
After you purchase your course simply login into your account and select your course and click on the link for the lesson.
What happens if I lose my certificate?
All your course information and certificates are stored on your My Accounts page and you can access them 24/7/365. Just make sure you don’t cancel your account. Your account is free! If you are ever audited you will have everything you need in your account.
On the coupon special, buy one course get one free, what if I don't need that many hours to renew my license?
If you purchase the two 12 hour courses and only need 12 hours, save one of the courses to do at a later date when you need the renewal hours. The courses do not expire.
How do I get the North Carolina State Board official CEU completion of completion?
Once you complete your course an email will be sent to you with a link to complete the form. Once it is filled out and submitted, it will be emailed to you. You can also use the following link Certificate of Completion.
My Name did not print on my Certificate.
If your name is not on your certificate it means that you didn’t complete the registration correctly. Your name is automatically added to the certificate from the information on your registration.
